PLEASE NOTE: Due to the unit's prime location, there may be some exterior noise, including early morning delivery trucks and the occasional CAL train horn, as the property is located just a block away from the tracks. There's no dedicated parking spaces, only public parking. During lunch and dinner time parking may get relatively competitive since it's situated in the downtown area. For guests who are light sleepers, we provide sleeping masks and earplugs to ensure a more restful stay. No central AC only heat AC portable units and plug-in fans provided for guests.

This is a nice, quiet historical building where there are also long-term tenants & three other short-term rentals. Please note that the parking lots are public parking spaces (but the city doesn't enforce them). Please adhere to the rules as much as possible! *Please Note, the property is located in Downtown Mountain View, and just a block away from the bart station. Train noise and and restaurant deliveries may be an inconvenience to light sleepers in the early mornings.*
