Gatherings or excessive noise may result in additional charges or cancellation of your reservation with NO refund. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors. No backyard use after 10:00 PM. Cleanliness Please take off your shoes at the door — slippers or socks are totally fine! It helps us keep the space fresh and welcoming for every guest. 🙂 No Smoking Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. A $1,000 deep cleaning fee will apply if evidence of smoking is found. No Littering Please keep the property and surrounding streets clean. Help us be good neighbors to the community. No Pets Animals of any kind are not allowed. Additional cleaning fees will apply if pets are brought onto the premises. Additional Guests Only guests included in your booking are allowed on the property. Unregistered visitors will be charged $50 per person per day. Lost & Found If items are left behind and located, our cleaner charges a $50 handling fee plus actual shipping costs to return them via USPS. Requests must be made within one week of checkout and items will be shipped within two weeks of the request. Unclaimed belongings will be donated or disposed of after that window. Please do not remove any items from the home — towels, tableware, etc. Replacements will be charged at full price. Safety & Security A motion-activated doorbell camera is located at the front entrance. Exterior cameras at the front porch, driveway, and backyard. Guests are responsible for their own safety during their stay. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses. First-time travelers may be asked to verify their identity with a valid photo ID.
