- After using the BBQ Grill, please clean the grill and BBQ utensils. - Please Cover up the BBQ Grill Once it has cooled down - The backyard door may be difficult to close, make sure to pull the door hard to close all the way. Our occupancy For the home is 12 people. Any additional will be charged $50 / person. Definitely no forms of celebrations, especially in the backyard, will be allowed. The use of the BBQ grill is strictly for home use and not for parties. The occupants, and only limited to the allowed occupancy, can gather inside. Not outside (backyard or front yard).
